The Cambrian Way

You’ll run along miles of rugged coastline, through lush green forests, past stunning mountain ranges and rolling hills, and even by some of the oldest castles in the UK. This route is well-marked and easy to follow – making it an ideal choice for experienced runners who want to experience the beauty of Wales without getting lost.

The Dysynni Valley Trail
An 8-mile trail located in mid-Wales. It begins near Tywyn, at the foot of Cadair Idris, and winds its way along the banks of the River Dysynni before ultimately ending near Abergynolwyn. Along the way, runners will be treated to some breathtaking views of this beautiful region, including stunning beaches, tranquil forests, and snow-capped mountains. The trail also passes through some quaint villages such as Talybont, where you can stop off for a well-deserved rest or pick up some local snacks.
The Pembrokeshire Coast Path
This path runs along Wales’ southwest coast and is one of the longest trails in Britain – stretching over 186 miles from St Dogmaels to Amroth. Along this path you will be treated to breathtaking views of rocky cliffs, sandy beaches, and sparkling seaside towns. Crickhowell Circular Trail
This circular route begins in Crickhowell and takes you over some challenging terrain before eventually returning you back to the start point. It includes two peaks – Table Mountain (689m) and Waun Fach (811m),
both offering spectacular views across Wales. This trail is not for the faint of heart; it features 688m of elevation gain over a total distance of 18 kilometres.
