I know most women understand the trauma of finding the right bra, let alone one for exercise and running distances. I’ve tried many, some more successful than others, then I found the Maaree Empower Sports Bra.

I found that a large size has served me well. It’s not too tight for exercising. There’s no riding up. The wide hook and eye band at the back adds extra confidence that this bra isn’t going anywhere.
The Empower sports bra also features their Overband technology, a stiffened band that runs over the top of my boobs to support upward motion. This again meant that my boobs were held firm and cushioned. Their cherry red colour is superb and the material is smooth, elastic but not too stretchy with reinforced straps. It fits as it should, and though tempted, I wouldn’t wear it all day every day! It’s meant for exercise and boy does it work.
